Car Window Tinting
Car window tinting or privacy glass as it is also known provides privacy and increased safety for your vehicle. Window tinting also protects you from the sun, helps reduce interior fading, reduce heat and improve the exterior appearance of your Vehicle.
Car Window Tinting has the following benefits:
1.Heat Reduction up to 60% heat reduction achieved compared to untreated glass. Car Window Tinting films will help Keep your vehicle cool, even after hours in the sun by reflecting the heat away from your vehicle.
2.Reduce Fading our film will block 99% of the sun's UV (ultra violet) rays. This, with heat reduction will help reduce the fading of seats and carpets. It Helps life of all rubber, wood, vinyl and leather in your vehicle.
It also protects your dashboard, mobile, audio equipment and speakers.
3. Protection from UV rays as mentioned, our films block 99% of the sun's UV rays. UV's are the primary cause of skin cancer and premature skin aging. The stick-on screens and blinds that are often used only limit the direct sunlightthe harmful solar UV rays still get through. Parents know how children become restless and agitated when they are too hot in a car.
Our films will keep your children cool and they can't rip it off and throw it at the driver - unlike stick-on shields!
4. Reduce Glare And Driver Fatigue the film reduces glare from the sun, headlights (from the rear) and reflective surfaces. The reduction of this glare
will make your driving safer and much more comfortable. Sun strips on the front windscreen are also useful, especially in the winter and spring months, when the sun is low on the horizon.
5. Increase Safety and Security It will help to hold together broken glass if it is shattered in an accident. However, it will not trap you in the car as it
is very easy (and a lot safer) to push the glass OUTWARDS if it has broken. It is very hard to push it inwards when film is applied, like a thief would, if they were trying to break into your vehicle.
Please Note: Although it is legal to have the rear of the car as dark as you like, please take some thought on visibility when choosing a shade.

DOESN'T IT SCRATCH EASILY?
YES, if you attack it with a nail or some scissors!...but you're not likely to do that, so NO it doesn't. Once the film is actually bonded to your windows, it forms a tough shield thatrebuffs when attempts are made to scratch it.
ARE THERE ANY PROBLEMS?
A lot of windows now have what is known as a DOT MATRIX effect around the outside edges and this can cause the film to sit slightly proud of the glass but this is nothing to worry about.
WHAT CAN YOU TINT?
Pretty much anything - We BLACK OUT a lot of rear windows in van's so that prying eyes can't see what's inside and more and more people are doing this to estate cars, this will make it almost impossible to see what's in the back from the outside, but you can still see out of the windows from the inside with ease.
The only other problem is dirt and dust.
We obviously keep everything as spotless as possible, but short of working in a clean enviroment tiny bits of minute dust can settle on the glass as we lay the film. 99% of the time under normal conditions you will not notice them.
This is the reason we do not offer a mobile tinting service.
CAN YOU TINT ALL THE WINDOWS?
By Law we can't tint the windscreen, and we will not tint your front driver or front passanger windows if your car was manufactured after 1985 as the legal tint limit is already in the glass from manufacturing.
If anyone has any difficulties or questions regarding this then please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
